I had been in hospital for two weeks prior as one of the twins poked a hole in their bag.. The twins are non identical so had separate sacs. On the morning that the twins were born, my temperature was so high that the doctors decided to induce me as they were concerned that I had an infection. Mum was with me the whole way. She was very supportive and did not leave my side. Although, I did not want her to see where the twins were coming from, she really didn't want to either. She screwed up her face afterwards. It was very special having Mum beside me as I know she was pretty excited about welcoming the twins into the family. I received the injection in my back and could not feel anything from my hips downward. If my mum was not there I am not sure that I would have coped so well. Mum always wanted the best for her children and her grandchildren and she made sure that she encouraged them as well. My mum sacrificed a lot to help me with the twins and for that I am truly grateful. Thanks Mum!!! as a tribute to her I named my daughter Letitiavon. Letitia was from Eastenders actor Letitia Dean and my mum Avon. That is my tribute to my loving Mum.
